Catherine Lathrop is partner of our firm. She is expert in Criminal Law, with extensive experience in oral litigation and highly complex crimes. She has advised and being counsel of the most emblematic cases related to economic crimes and fraud in the recent Chilean History.
Based on her previous experience as a public defender and solid knowledge in all matters related to economic, sexual and bankruptcy crimes, among many others, she has advised Chilean and foreign individuals and legal entities, both in the investigation stage before the Public Prosecutor's Office and in oral proceedings, representing them with great effectiveness before the Criminal Court, Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
Nominated to Leading Lawyers (2015), which placed her among the five best criminal lawyers in the country.
